EPODEX PRIMER 2K<\/h2>\n

EPODEX PRIMER 2K is a highly abrasion-resistant and diffusion-open primer based on epoxy resin. The water-based 2-component system is ideal for priming non-absorbent surfaces, e.g. tiles, metal, etc. PRIMER 2K is odourless and free from harmful solvents.<\/p>\n

\n

Instructions for Use<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Apply the product at min. 15\u00b0C to max. 30\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  2. The substrate must be firm, dry, sound, clean, and free from substances that may prevent good adhesion (grease and oil). Roughen the surface to enable better adhesion.<\/li>\n
  3. Clean and degrease the surface with EPODEX PRE-CLEANER.<\/li>\n
  4. Mix resin (A) with hardener (B) in a ratio of 5:1 by weight (e.g. 5kg resin: 1kg hardener). Decant the mixture into a clean container and mix again.<\/li>\n
  5. Working time\/pot life at 20\u00b0C: approx. 50 minutes, at 25\u00b0C: approx. 35 minutes. We recommend approx. two coats.<\/li>\n
  6. Wait at least 12-48 hours before applying the second coat. <\/li>\n
  7. Can be walked on after approx. 1 day. Fully loadable after approx. 7 days. Store between 10\u00b0C and 30\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Wear protective gloves\/protective clothing\/eye protection\/face protection. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice\/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice\/attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents\/container to in accordance with local\/regional\/international regulations.<\/p>\n
